years working on Tajima industrial embroidery machines. I know them inside and out.
Controller and software training, production and workflow advice, and honest guidance on buying a machine.
You need to trust the person working on your machines and advising you on big business decisions. I give every customer straight, unbiased answers, whether it's about repairing what you have or buying something new. Your business comes first.
When I give you a day and time, I'm there. I fix everything I find wrong, not just what's on the list. I carry a large stock of standard parts, so most repairs are finished on the first visit. And I trained with Tajima in Japan, which few technicians can say.
I started on March 18, 1996, with SEDECO, where Jim Yates hired me. After several months of training with techs here in the U.S., I trained for a month at Tajima in Nagoya, Japan. Back then, 12- and 18-head machines were the norm, and big factories were running embroidery around the clock. I stayed busy installing and servicing them.
When Hirsch bought SEDECO in 1997, I stayed on as a field technician. In 2007 I became service manager for Hirsch International's Southeast Division, covering 13 states while still working full-time in the field. In December 2012 I started Double Diamond Services. I still work closely with Hirsch as an independent contractor.
